Refund & Return Policy
We prepare all products fresh and with great care. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with pictures or video so our team can review the issue.
- Refunds or replacements are only offered for valid quality or delivery issues.
- Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns once the box is opened, except in clear quality-issue cases.
- Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method (for online payments) or via bank transfer / wallet (for COD orders).

Shipping Policy
We currently deliver across Pakistan using trusted courier partners.
- Lahore: Same day or next day delivery (depending on order time).
- Other Cities: Typically 1–3 working days, depending on courier service.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, logistics or public holidays.
Shipping is currently FREE for all Badam Khatai orders unless mentioned otherwise on the product page.

- Abusive behavior towards staff or misuse of COD (refusing ordered parcels without reason) may result in blocking future orders.
